As I have seen first-hand over my 20+ year career, people working collaboratively leads to significantly better outcomes and experiences. Genuine collaboration serves as a clear competitive advantage and not only when used internally within the organization but equally and perhaps even more so when applied with prospective clients.

My entire focus is on supporting leaders and executives in these two areas:


1) establishing the sales culture that follows the mantra of "always be collaborative", as opposed to the traditional method of "always be closing".
2) shaping the organizational culture to be more collaborative and high-performing.


Over the years, I have had the opportunity to be a 'Partner in Progress' for business leaders and executives, individually as well as before audiences, delivering more than 1500 talks.

My overall approach is totally practical and not theoretical. I work with a sense of urgency, recognizing that time optimization is of utmost importance in the fast-paced and competitive landscape that businesses face now.
